The July Deercreek View goes to longtime Deercreek residents Steve & Jan Malick at 10061 Deercreek Club Road East. This is the third time their home has been recognized with this award, previously awarded in May 2021 and June 2006. What this shows is that they have meticulously maintained and updated their landscape and home through the years, to the benefit of all who drive down Deercreek Club Rd East.
The elegant blue stucco home with its circular driveway provides a welcoming atmosphere and enhances its curb appeal. The white trim highlights the architectural details of the home along with the arched windows, columns and striking glass entry doors. Lush green bushes, purple loropetalum and colorful flowers line the footprint of the home as well as the driveway. In addition to color, yellow euryops (yellow daisy), red pentas, blue plumbago & purple iris provide texture, along with the large palm and several sagos. Their well-maintained lawn and neatly trimmed hedges reflect the care and attention given to the property, creating a beautiful and serene outdoor space for all to enjoy.
