We live in the most amazing community, and the ladies of the Deercreek Women’s Alliance, as well as their friends and neighbors, have the biggest hearts in Jacksonville!
This year the food donations came in so fast that Carmen Kelly (the Mandarin Food Bank liaison) could barely keep up! As soon as her car was loaded, the food was delivered to the Mandarin Food Bank, and she was able to do this FIVE times throughout the duration of the Food Drive – an all time record!
The volunteers and families at the Mandarin Food Bank want us to express their heartfelt gratitude and to let you know that your generosity and support year after year mean the world to them. Carmen’s only regret is that she cannot thank everyone individually but she hopes that your heart is happy in knowing that your donation will make a difference to a family in need, and it is greatly appreciated.
