July is my favorite month! I get to celebrate my birthday, plus the 4th of July and this exceptional country being 250 years old. The fireworks should be spectacular! July also brings high heat and humidity. Make sure your HVAC is running efficiently. Have it serviced, or change filters. Check the unit to ensure it is not freezing up or leaking in the garage or attic. Is the real estate market about to heat up as well? We’ve seen the number of homes on the market decrease, the price per sq foot increase, and interest rates take a slight dip. All good signs, but not yet indicative of a hot market.

13 homes Sold in the last 3 months (NEFMLS 6/22/26) ranging from $555,000 – $870,000. Price per square foot ranges from $204.20 – $304.35, and averages $235.13. Days on Market varied from 4 – 483 days. Most recent sales are:
