I love March and living in Jacksonville! There is much going on with The Players Championship, Gate River Run and more. Weather is warming up, beaches are calling, and residents are starting spring home projects. The golf course, tennis courts and pickleball courts are all more active. The real estate market starts being more active, too, as more homes become available for sale.

Six homes are For Sale and have been on the market 37-186 days (according to NEFAR 2/23/25):

  • 9902 Windwater Ct, 4,209 sf home, Listed at $1,100,000.
  • 7881 Heather Lake Ct E, 2,316 sf Club Home, Listed at $630,000.
  • 10142 Bishop Lake Rd W, 3,844 sf home, Listed at $998,000.

Two homes sold the last 3 months, priced from $700,000 – $1,412,500. Days on Market ranged from 70-103 days. No homes closed the last 30 days.

Two homes are Under Contract. They were on the market between 9 and 132 days:

March in Deercreek is also a busy time. The DWA holds its annual golf tournament, The Shamrock Scramble, to raise money for the charities they support. Put together a team or sponsor a hole, the money all goes to charity and is a fun spring event. Who knows? Maybe you will see a wee leprechaun and find a pot of gold!
