Four homes are under contract. They range in price from $499,990-$848,900 and have been on the market from 32-65 days.
• 9941 Margate Hills is 1,894 sq ft, 3 bed/2 baths. Listed at $499,990 (originally $549,901)
• 10028 Vineyard Lake Rd, is 3545 sq ft, 5 bed/4.5 baths, with a pool. Listed at $848,900 (originally $899,000)
• 7881 Heather Lake Ct, is 2,316 sq ft, 4 bed/2 baths. Listed at $579,000 (originally $599,000)
• 10110 Bishop Lake is 3,259 sq ft, 4 bed/3 baths and a pool. Listed at $839,900, seller is also offering a one year home warranty or paying for buyer’s appraisal.

Four homes Sold in Deercreek over the past 3 months, although none closed in month of May. These homes, range in price from $669,000-$765,000, and were on the market 3-58 days. They sold between 95-100% of list price. Two homes were cash sales, while two were financed. Sellers offered credits to buyers ranging from $3,000-$5400, often in lieu of repairs or used for buyers’ closing costs.

Deercreek remains a desired place to live with its neighborhood and Club activities. The new pickleball courts have become very popular with the residents. The Club hosts Couples Golf every other Thursday, Happy Hour every month, and the Swing into Summer Party is June 2. It is safe to say things are happening in Deercreek.
