Four homes Sold in Deercreek over the past 3 months, although none closed in month of May. These homes, range in price from $669,000-$765,000, and were on the market 3-58 days. They sold between 95-100% of list price. Two homes were cash sales, while two were financed. Sellers offered credits to buyers ranging from $3,000-$5400, often in lieu of repairs or used for buyers’ closing costs.
Deercreek remains a desired place to live with its neighborhood and Club activities. The new pickleball courts have become very popular with the residents.
