10110 Bishop Lake is Listed at $839,900 and is a 3,259 sq ft home, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and a pool.

Five homes Sold in Deercreek over the past 3 months, ranging in price from $669,000-$765,000. On the market an average of 44 days, they sold between 94-100% of list price. The price per square foot ranged from $220.89-$267.66.
