The Deercreek Architectural Review Board (ARB) is pleased to announce that you may request final inspections and deposit refunds for your completed ARB-approved exterior home improvement projects using a form that you can complete online at www.deercreekcc.com/arb-request-for-final-inspection (this is in the ARB section). Just like our online ARB Application, submitting this inspection request online is quick and painless.
To begin the process, complete the online inspection form, attach a few photos of your completion, and submit your request. It’s that easy! An ARB Committee member will observe the completed project and notify Floridian Property Management to start the deposit refund process, if applicable. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for deposit refunds, depending on the timing of the monthly ARB meetings.
As a reminder, all ARB-approved projects require final inspection, even those Accelerated Approvals with no deposit. The inspection request form is attached in PDF format, should anyone prefer to complete it manually and mail or email it to FPM.
