Don’t be late! Homeowner Quarterly Assessments are due July 1. Late payments are subject to a $30 late fee plus interest if not received by July 30. You can pay by check or electronic payment from your bank or ACH direct debit payments. Checks should be made out to Deercreek Country Club Owners Association, and it should include your association/account number for correct payment recording, or use one of the on-line payment options provided in your payment couple book. Questions should be directed to Floridian Property Management Company.
