The ARB Committee would like to add two new volunteers to join our committee in 2024 as current committee members are retiring. The primary tasks of the ARB committee include:
- Draft Architectural Planning Criteria for the Community
- Approve or disapprove proposed exterior home and lot improvements or change
- Evaluate project application for aesthetic and functional (total) effect
- Assure compliance of submissions to published requirements including application fees
- Once approved, ensure completed project adheres to approved plan
- Perform final inspections and coordinates refunds of completed projects
The committee works closely with our Deercreek property manager, FPM and meets on the first Wednesday of each month to review new ARB applications and discuss related business. Candidates with experience as architects or contractors would be a great addition however volunteers with most any background and a willingness to participate will one considered.
