Golf carts may be used on all roads and other areas designated for golf cart travel. Golf carts are to be operated only by a person sixteen (16) years of age or older, who has a driver’s license.
Night driving is permitted only if the cart is equipped with proper lights. Golf carts are subject to the same rules of the road as vehicles, speed limit in Deercreek at 30 MPH as well as a complete and full stop at all Stop signs.
