2026 Non-Golf Member Golf Cart Registration Process
All private golf carts in Deercreek that are not covered by the Club’s insurance
requirements (i.e. that are not registered with the Club) need to be registered with the
Deercreek HOA and show proof of insurance for the cart to be driven in our community.
This process needs to be completed annually and is done to protect the cart owner and the
HOA in case of any incidents involving property damage or personal injury.
Residents can register their golf carts in one of two ways:
- Bring your cart to the guard house between 8 AM – 2 PM on Monday through Friday
and the guards will register your cart and apply a new registration decal. - Bring your cart to the tennis court parking lot on one of the following Saturdays
where an Access Control committee member will register your cart and apply a new
decal. Saturday registration dates are from 9 AM – noon on October 3, October
10, and October 17.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Drive your cart to the registration site as a new decal will be applied and a photo will
be taken of your cart. - Bring copies of insurance documents showing golf cart coverage.
- Bring a check made payable to “DCCOA”.
- Renewal fee for previously registered carts is $5.
- New cart registration fee is $10.
- CASH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please note that driving an unregistered cart in Deercreek can result in a $100 fine.
Please register your cart at one our Saturday dates or at the guard house by Friday,
October 30.
