One of the events that is important to the Home & Garden Club is their annual Appreciation Lunch to thank those who do such a wonderful job of keeping our community looking good.
The committee, run by Marcia Rose and Debi Gifford, co-ordinated a group of volunteers to make and serve lunch on a sunny Wednesday afternoon in May, to a number of the grounds staff. As you can see from the pictures, they all enjoyed the homemade food, and even the weather co-operated, with the clouds and rain waiting until the lunch had finished!
Thank you to all those who took part in thanking this important group of people who are often forgotten!
