- School will be ending in May for most students. That means the need to be watchful for more traffic on the community roads and the opportunity for vandalism of various sorts, including thefts from unlocked vehicles. Keep all vehicles locked with nothing of value visible.
- Parties with end of school guests should have the guest names in the gate system at least 24 hours before the party to ensure the quickest entrance. All drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license.
- Please ask all guests to park only on one side of the road in order to get emergency vehicles through in case they are needed.
- There are NO package deliveries such as Amazon in Deercreek between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. When ordering from Amazon there is the option to select a delivery between 4 AM – 8 AM. DO NOT select that one because the driver will not be admitted before 7:00 AM. There is also a drop down that allows you to choose 7am-11am. That is what residents should choose to get early next day delivery. Usually, deliveries arrive between 7 AM and 9 AM when the 7:00 to 11:00 option is chosen.
- Packages that are misdelivered should be reported to the company delivering, not the guard gate.
- No trash of any kind, especially yard trash, should be placed in the roads of Deercreek. Not only is it unsightly, but it creates a safety hazard, even if coned, and if there is an accident, the resident is responsible for it.
- Thanks to all who have had their barcodes, license plates and vehicles checked for gate record accuracy. This helps the gate keep an accurate record of the vehicles in the community.
