Join members of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff’s Watch, and health & public safety organizations for safety exhibits, demonstrations and informational displays throughout the first floor of the mall and in the parking garage.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Join Sheriff’s Watch, JSO’s citizen engagement program
- Meet with recruiters regarding career opportunities at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office
- See police vehicles (cars, motorcycles, helicopter, SWAT vehicles, etc.)
- Register for various safety programs
- Turn in unused / outdated medications for proper disposal
- Receive info on general safety and crime prevention tips
- Discuss specific areas of concern with JSO staff
