September’s Program featured delicious charcuterie boards from a local business!
Home and Garden Club members welcomed the new business owner of Graze Craze, a charcuterie shop located across from the Deercreek entrance. Jeff Alfieri brought three different types of “The Grazer” (serves 2-4) charcuterie boards – the Classic, Vegetarian and Dessert selections – to showcase his products. He then proceeded to build another Classic board, explaining as he went. He pointed out that a good charcuterie board has smallish amounts of many different goodies on it, meaning the at-home creator would buy a whole jar of olives to put a handful of them on the board, etc., thus potentially saving money by purchasing a custom-made board.
Jeff pointed out that they make all small, medium and large( tailgate size) boards and can customize their boards for you. Our audience had lots of questions for him, and he generated much interest in having a resource for custom-made charcuterie available so conveniently to Deercreek.
