The DCCOA encourages you to vote by mail using the following process; it is essential to complete votes on-time to establish a quorum for the annual meeting on January 9, 2020. You should have received a letter by mail, with Ballot and instructions. Below is additional information for your use.
Please complete your Ballot and insert it in the envelope marked “BALLOT”. YOU MUST SIGN THE OUTER ENVELOPE (if the outer envelope is not signed, your Ballot will not be counted).
Options to Return Ballot:
Mail it, using the addressed envelope with your Proxy included so that received by Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
Drop your signed Ballot in the mailbox at the gatehouse as you exit the community.
Vote in person at the meeting, bring your original Ballot with the envelope. Votes cast at the Annual Meeting will be added to the votes received by mail/drop-off. All members holding Proxies are asked to arrive early for the 6:00 p.m. meeting.
