Back by popular demand! To kick off the new year, Ruth Pangrace will return to the Deercreek Home and Garden Club for one of her Women in History performances! She will be recreating Florence Harding, and you won’t want to miss it.

In case you’re not familiar with Florence Harding, she served as First Lady from 1921-1923 as the wife of President Warren G. Harding. Energetic and strong-willed, Florence paved the way for “modern” first ladies who would follow her. Unfortunately, Warren Harding is remembered as one of the worst U.S. presidents, and his one term was plagued with scandal and corruption. Come meet “The Duchess” and hear the shocking story of a woman you will not soon forget.
