Curb appeal helps sell homes. How about all-around appeal? Don’t forget those areas in the back or on the side. Walk around the house periodically to identify areas needing a little TLC. Are there cracks in the stucco, fogged windows, sagging gutters, issues with the chimney? If so, May is a great time to take care of them before they become a major issue.
Four homes sold the last 3 months, priced from $759,000 – $1,049,999. Days on Market ranged from 8-170 days (according to NFMLS 4/21/25). Most recent sales are:

Homes for sale are up; yet represent only 1% of the homes in Deercreek. Showings after Easter have increased slightly. I anticipate more homes going under contract soon. For now, enjoy all May has to offer before the heat of summer kicks in!
