The Deercreek Country Club Owners Association strives to provide information and organization for the many residents of Deercreek. Feel free to look around and find out who we are and what we do.

Deercreek boasts over 700 homes nestled around the scenic Deercreek Golf and Country Club, surrounded by pristine woodlands and preserves. Our central location provides easy access to downtown, beaches, the airport, and a diverse range of family-friendly venues.

What truly sets Deercreek apart is our strong sense of community. Whether you’re taking a stroll, socializing with neighbors, joining the Country Club, or participating in various social clubs and the Homeowners Association, you’ll immediately feel the warmth of our community.

Beyond our friendly neighbors, Deercreek is home to a fascinating array of wildlife, including deer, cranes, peacocks, tortoises, herons, armadillos, raccoons, owls, hawks, snakes, ducks, and geese.

Residents take great pride in maintaining our community’s aesthetics. Adhering to the HOA’s governing documents ensures a well-kept neighborhood. Beyond legal requirements, it’s the shared pride of residents that keeps Deercreek beautiful.

Responsibility for our private roads, entrance, gate house, playground, pickleball courts, and other common areas lies with the HOA. The Country Club oversees the golf course, tennis courts, driving range, pool, pool house, and parking lots. As a mature community, lush with trees and foliage, our landscape company diligently maintains these areas for the enjoyment of all.
