I, along with the entire staff at Associa Community Management Concepts – Jacksonville (CMC – Jax), am thrilled to begin the management partnership with your community in January 2016. ARB Committee Manager from Smartwebs is an online collaborative environment used by architectural review committees, their community association manager, and the Board of Directors to track all documents, notes, decisions made, and expiration deadlines related to the architectural review process – providing a centralized location for current and historical project requests. Once enrolled in the program, the architectural review committee has its own site that displays all project requests with documents, votes, and notifications for the homeowner. It is username and password protected to track member activity and ensure that all architectural modification requests and homeowner information is kept confidential and secure.
